What we collect

We process the information you enter in the app, including your chosen name, email address, card generation inputs, account credits, and payment-related records needed to fulfill purchases.

Photo processing

If you use the photo mode, your uploaded image is sent to our AI providers only to analyze the picture and generate a themed card. The app does not intentionally store the uploaded photo on our server after the request completes. You should only upload a child photo if you are the parent or guardian, or you have verified parent or guardian permission.

Email and account recovery

Your email may be used to send you generated cards and account restore links. Paid credits are linked to the email attached to your account so they can be recovered later.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store order references, purchased credit amounts, and status data needed to keep your balance accurate and prevent duplicate crediting.

How long data is kept

Account, credit, and payment records may be retained as long as needed for product operations, fraud prevention, support, bookkeeping, and legal compliance. Restore links expire automatically.
